I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also support people during life transitions, identity exploration, and questions of meaning and purpose. My work with teens and adults is centered around understanding the underlying patterns that shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us. With couples, I help partners understand relational patterns, deepen emotional connection, and communicate more effectively, particularly during conflict or disconnection.
I view therapy as a collaborative and intentional process that balances emotional depth with practical understanding. I offer a space that is attuned, nonjudgmental, and curious, where we can move at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful. I am comfortable sitting with emotional intensity and uncertainty while helping my clients remain grounded and connected to their lives outside therapy. I value cultural humility and strive to create an affirming space for clients of diverse and intersectional identities, and I approach healing with both ethical care and deep humanity.
I use a relational lens. I provide psychodynamic, attachment theory, parts-based, and trauma-informed care. I also attend to how early experiences, identity, and social contexts shape our relationships with ourselves and others. My background in neuroscience deepens this perspective, offering an understanding of how the brain is shaped by experience, relationships, stress, and our social environment. I integrate evidence-based approaches including somatic and mindfulness-informed practices. I believe healing grows through insight, emotional experience, and the safety of a consistent therapeutic relationship, creating space for a greater understanding of who we are, more self compassion, and clearer choices about how we want to live.
