I am a relational psychologist dedicated to helping people move through life’s transitions with greater clarity and confidence. Many of the individuals I work with have reached a point where their familiar ways of coping no longer feel effective. They may feel unsettled, stuck, or unsure of how to navigate the changes unfolding around them. My role is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can make sense of what you are experiencing and begin to reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
I have particular expertise in supporting women through pivotal stages of life, including the college years, pregnancy and postpartum, and the complex shifts that emerge in midlife. These transitions often bring unexpected challenges, and it can be difficult to know where to start when everything feels different. Together, we explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded, capable, and aligned with the life you want to build.
My approach is holistic and personalized. I view each person as a whole being, integrating the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I believe deeply in your capacity for resilience and work collaboratively to help you access your strengths, understand yourself more fully, and create lasting change. Therapy with me is a space for insight, growth, and learning new ways of moving through the world with a stronger sense of purpose and balance.
