I work with teens and adults of all ages, including young adults and older adults, as well as couples. I believe therapy can be a place to slow down, get curious, and come home to yourself. Together, we can explore your experiences, patterns, relationships, and inner world so you can better understand yourself and make choices that feel most aligned with who you are. I’m not here to tell you who you are; I’m here to help you remember who you are.

In a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, I invite clients to explore the roots of conscious and unconscious patterns, behaviors, and ways of relating. My work seeks to honor and make room for all parts of ourselves. I believe healing emerges not from rejecting parts of ourselves, but from meeting them with curiosity, understanding, and care. My areas of focus include boundary development and refinement, authenticity, cultural identity, sexual and gender identity, spirituality, ADHD, alcohol and substance use, bipolar disorder, psychosis spectrum disorders, sensory sensitivities, and self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

As a queer, multiracial, and multicultural therapist, my own identities shape how I understand the world and relate to others. I make space for questions about culture, race, gender, sexuality, spirituality, and belonging. I also believe we are more than the identities we carry. There can be room in therapy to explore meaning, intuition, and connection without needing to fit them into a particular belief system.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I draw from parts work, somatic, attachment-based, humanistic, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for psychosis (CBTp), family systems, and strengths-based approaches, along with art and energy work when meaningful to the client. We can draw from different approaches based on what you need, what you are experiencing, and what feels most supportive.

I currently have both remote and in-person availability on Fridays and Sundays.
