I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Walnut Creek, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. Many of the people I work with are carrying a lot on their shoulders while trying to keep things together on the outside. They may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stretched thin by work stress, or unsure how to navigate relationship challenges. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can slow down, talk honestly about what has been difficult, and begin to feel more grounded and clear.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I ask thoughtful questions, offer direct and compassionate feedback, and help you explore strategies that feel useful in your everyday life. You do not need to have everything figured out when you come in. We focus on understanding what has been weighing on you, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, and building tools that help you feel calmer, confident, and connected to yourself.

I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based work, and EMDR, integrating what feels most supportive of your needs. Whether we are processing past experiences, shifting unhelpful thought patterns, or exploring new ways of responding to stress, therapy becomes a space where meaningful changes can take shape.

I often work with individuals who are managing anxiety, work-related stress, burnout, or relational concerns. Many describe themselves as high-functioning and capable, yet internally struggling with worry, self-doubt, or a sense of being stuck. Together, we work toward greater clarity, steadiness, and well-being.
