As a therapist, my goal is to provide a supportive space for adults, teens (13+), diverse professionals, and parents navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re coping with perfectionism, adapting to significant life changes, or facing difficulties in your relationship with your child, I am here to help you build the resilience and clarity you need to move forward.

My approach is grounded in mind-body awareness, self-compassion, and courage. The foundation of mind-body awareness helps demystify your emotional experience, building capacity for emotional regulation and resilience. Self-compassion helps you be kinder to yourself during difficult moments, and courage empowers you to make meaningful changes that align with your values and well-being.

As a former lawyer, university instructor, and DEI professional, I have over a decade of experience providing support through some of life’s most formative experiences. I will work with you to explore how your experiences have shaped who you are today, and develop strategies for moving toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Please reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
