If you've been feeling anxious, disconnected, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals who often appear capable on the outside, while internally struggling with anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the people I support carry significant responsibility and emotional weight, yet feel unseen, and longing for greater ease, meaning, and connection.

Therapy with me is not about fixing the symptoms or pushing through. It is a collaborative and compassionate process where we slow down, listen inward, and create a safe space to explore emotions, life transitions, and questions of identity. Together, we work at a pace that feels respectful and supportive, allowing room for insight, healing, and accessing your own wisdom.

My work is grounded, relational, and body-aware. I take an integrative, transpersonal approach, drawing from depth psychology, hypnotherapy, and somatic therapy to support the connection between mind, body, and inner experience. Our work may involve both conscious reflection and gentle exploration of subconscious patterns, helping you access inner resources, build resilience, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and alignment.

My background as a yoga instructor informs my therapeutic work by inviting mindfulness, embodiment, and attunement into the process. With roots in Hong Kong, I offer bilingual psychotherapy in Cantonese and Mandarin. I hold a deep appreciation for the cultural, familial, and intergenerational dynamics that shape identity, particularly within AAPI communities. I also have experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space that honors each person’s unique path toward wholeness.
