If you've been feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns, you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we will create a compassionate, nurturing, and safe space to explore your emotions, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and find greater life balance.
I take an integrative approach, drawing on spirituality, hypnotherapy, and somatic therapy to deepen awareness of the connection among the mind, body, heart, and soul, engaging both the conscious and subconscious mind. If you are looking to create a life with ease and alignment, we will work collaboratively to foster reflection, growth, and transformation. The clients I have worked with find that this approach helps them cultivate clarity and resilience, allowing them to move through life with confidence, peace, and authenticity.
My background as a yoga instructor informs my work, inviting mindfulness and embodiment into the therapeutic process. With roots in Hong Kong, I offer bilingual psychotherapy in Cantonese and Mandarin. My bicultural perspective supports individuals exploring family and cultural identity, relationship dynamics, and intergenerational healing. I had the privilege of offering counseling to the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and compassionate space that honors each person's unique path toward wholeness.
I am here with you. Let's schedule a 15-minute introductory call so we can begin this journey together.
