Men in Maturity Group:
This group that invites men over age 40 to come together to talk about many of the issues that affect mature men in our society. Are we men yet? Have we matured the way we hoped? How do our lives reflect our values? Are we on a spiritual path? Have we balanced all the energies of our lives to become the person we hope to be? Can we get there from here?
This is a process group led by a therapist with life experience and trained in group leadership. You can use this safe and confidential environment to explore your goals and expectations. Members support, encourage, and inspire each other during the challenging process of changing ourselves. The leader helps the group navigate the issues that arise, manages conflicts and keeps the environment safe and productive.
